Mel is a highly experienced project and event management leader with more than 15 years of experience across complex event, conference, sport and entertainment environments. Known for strategic oversight, strong governance and confident leadership, she brings clarity and structure to large scale, multi stakeholder projects.

Vanja Bosatlija - Senior Events & Project Manager
Vanja brings a practical, hands-on approach to conference delivery, recognised for precise execution, calm leadership and a strong customer-centric mindset.
Vanja’s scope covers end-to-end conference project management including program and speaker coordination, exhibition and sponsorship delivery, event tech and app management, budget oversight, supplier liaison and engagement with key stakeholders, delegates and partners.
Vanja’s specialty is the design and build of event platforms, leading the integration of event technology to streamline operations, enhance Delegate CX and deliver measurable, data-driven outcomes.
